A Dress for Mona has been produced in many places, in many different ways. Here are photos from some of these productions to give you a sense of the possibilities...

IN THE SPOTLIGHT!

Univ. of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, RSA

October 2007

From Director Hannah Mangenda:
"The last night it was packed, not one chair was free, even though it was raining! And you must understand that people here in Durban never go out in rain if they can help it! ;-) Apparently all over the department and even varsity people had heard of the play and we could have easily filled a few more nights
...  But apart from the audience, it is even more amazing how this play has impacted the lives of my cast… They all mentioned how much the play had made them think about their own lives... It is amazing how much ownership they take of the play!  THANK YOU for providing me with such a powerful text that moves people's hearts!"
