In April 2007, Director Mikko Kuitunen & Naantali Theatre produced the premiere of "A New Dress for Mona," a major re-working  by Mark Perry of his play about Mona. The following is an excerpt of a note from Mikko:

Greetings from the springlike Naantali. Mona has had a wonderful premiere on 15th of April, that is, last Sunday. The provincial newspaper "Turun Sanomat" has written an article and a review on this production. Both the bahá'í- and non-bahá'í viewers have found the play touching and successful. The only thing criticized has been the duration of the play: with the intermission it was about 2,5 hours long. [...]

We're very happy and excited about the fruition of the Mona-project and the warm reception it has received. For example, the students taking religion and philosophy classes in Naantali's high school are coming to watch the play as a part of their course.

With joyous greetings,
Mikko
